You may be surprised the wide range that can be achieved with standard orifices, standard TeeJet Orifice plates generally get the job done.

Another option is to meter your rate prior to the drop and let the CNC machined puck split the stream. This can be accomplished by using a Capstan™ system or by placing any of the above orifices in the nozzle body where our system attaches to your wet boom.
